[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Hanho Construction, leading the development of the Sewoon Redevelopment Promotion District, announced on the 13th that it will showcase the ‘Sewoon Block’ flagship house, which embodies the vision of future Seoul realized through XR (Extended Reality) content.

The Sewoon Block flagship house is a brand pavilion that goes beyond a typical model house by presenting the past, present, and future of the Sewoon District through a history exhibition hall, immersive media art, and XR content. The Sewoon Block flagship house is located along Hangang-daero in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The 12-meter immersive media art hall, which visitors pass through upon entering the flagship house, is designed to evoke anticipation by showing the existing Sewoon District shimmering in particle shapes, giving visitors a glimpse of how the area will transform.

In the history hall, the historical significance and context of the Sewoon District from the Joseon Dynasty to the present are displayed through various photos and explanations, allowing visitors to see at a glance how the area has evolved over time.

At the XR experience center, the future appearance of Sewoon Block is realized with immersive content on the walls and floors, enabling visitors to experience as if they are standing in the heart of Seoul’s future downtown. Additionally, throughout the flagship house, XR and VR (Virtual Reality) are used to showcase the future Seoul and the Sewoon Block. Visitors can also view models and unit layouts of Sewoon Prugio Gravity.

A Hanho Construction official stated, "The Sewoon Block flagship house is not just a sales product but a space that shows the historical significance and future of the Sewoon District in Seoul. It is designed so that the general public can freely visit and experience its value and meaning together."

Meanwhile, Sewoon Prugio Gravity will be located in Sanlim-dong and Ipjeong-dong areas of Jung-gu, Seoul, consisting of 756 units ranging from 21 to 50 square meters in exclusive area, with buildings from 6 basement floors to 20 above ground floors.
