[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Seoul Business Agency (SBA, CEO Kim Hyun-woo) announced on the 13th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new and experienced employees in the first half of this year. The number of recruits is a total of 41, including 36 new general positions and 5 experienced positions.
The new general 7th-grade recruitment fields include ▲General Administration ▲Foreign Languages ▲Public Relations and Marketing ▲Information Technology, and the experienced 5th-grade recruitment fields include ▲Overseas Investment Attraction ▲Safety Management ▲Health Management. SBA explained that this open recruitment is to effectively respond to the expansion of SBA’s business areas such as the expansion of the Seoul Investment Office at Invest Seoul Center, the expansion of the Youth Employment Academy, operation of the Metropolitan Small Business Specialized Support Center, support for corporate regulatory difficulties, operation of the Magok Business Support Center, and safety management issues following the enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
To strengthen fairness in the recruitment process, a blind recruitment system is implemented where age, gender, alma mater, and region are not disclosed. Outstanding talents will be selected through document screening, NCS (National Competency Standards)-based written test, first interview (competency interview), and second interview (in-depth interview). The SBA HR representative said, "We look for problem-solving skills that actively identify and resolve issues in the field, as well as communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues. We are seeking proactive and potential candidates."
