Jung Wooseok and Kim Taejin, Gwangju Seo-gu Council Members, Receive Appreciation Plaques from Residents

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Jeong Woo-seok and Kim Tae-jin, members of the Gwangju Seo-gu Council, announced on the 12th that they have been promoting the ‘Beodeulmaeul Pickup’ project to create a pleasant environment around the Beodeulmaeul one-room apartment area.

They have also actively worked on improving the resting area environment for security workers at Sangmu 2nd Hoban Apartment and installing CCTV for crime prevention.

Councilor Kim of Seo-gu stated, “I feel the fulfillment of legislative activities when local issues discovered through on-site efforts with residents are resolved.”

Lee Jeong-jae, chairman of the Sangmu 2nd Hoban Apartment Residents’ Association, who presented the plaque of appreciation, said, “We thank those who helped improve the surrounding environment of the Beodeulmaeul Hoban Apartment area,” and added, “We will do our best to create a safe and pleasant village.”
