Ourhome Food Empire Unveils 4 New Menu Items Featuring 'Superfoods'

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Ourhome's food hall brand Food Empire announced on the 12th that it has launched four new menu items using 'superfoods' to welcome spring.

Food Empire planned the 'Blue Zone Plate' campaign, introducing new menu items based on the eating habits of the 'Blue Zone,' a longevity village. The newly released menu includes ▲Five-grain Hwangtae Soup ▲Whole Garlic Jeju Black Pork Bulgogi Set ▲Spinach Roll Cutlet with Tomato Curry ▲Garlic Aglio Olio Pasta, totaling four items. It features superfoods rich in nutrients such as oats, almonds, spinach, tomato, and garlic. The Blue Zone Plate 'Superfood' menu is available at six locations, including Food Empire IFC Mall branch.

An Ourhome official said, "Considering the recent trend of pursuing enjoyable and sustainable health, we planned the Blue Zone Plate," adding, "Following the spring 'Superfood' edition, we plan to continuously introduce new menus each season that focus on taste and health."
