Haitai Confectionery Launches 'Crispy Cheese Potato' with Gratin Flavor

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Haitai Confectionery announced on the 12th that it will release the third installment of the 'Bbasak' series, 'Bbasakhan Cheese Potato.'

This product recreates the French representative dish 'Gratin' as a crispy chip, characterized by savory potatoes combined with rich cheese. Both sides of the snack are patterned with a herringbone design, enhancing the 'crispiness' as well as intensifying the natural flavors of cheese and potato. The cheese potato flavor permeates densely between the snacks, making it feel even richer.

A Haitai Confectionery official explained, "This product is completed as an original gratin snack by adding Dutch cheddar cheese and French parsley."
