Doosan Bobcat Subsidiary Clark Equipment Decides on Cash Dividend of 100 Million KRW Per Share

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Doosan Bobcat announced on the 5th that its subsidiary Clark Equipment has decided on a cash settlement dividend of 103.06 million KRW per common share.

The total dividend amount is 121.61 billion KRW. The company stated, "Since Clark Equipment is a wholly owned subsidiary of our company, we expect to receive the entire dividend amount," and added, "The settlement dividend payment and corporate tax payment will be utilized accordingly."
