[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Zoom Internet announced on the 5th that it has decided to proceed with the liquidation process through a resolution to dissolve and appoint a liquidator for its subsidiary Project Vanilla.
The reason for dissolution is to improve management efficiency, and the total assets of the subsidiary amount to 1,285,690,000 KRW.
