On the 5th, marking the 77th Arbor Day, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon (far right) is planting a Cornus officinalis tree with citizen participants from various districts of Seoul at the Four Seasons Garden in Gwanghwamun Square, which is being developed in front of Sejongno Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
