Tamra's First Prugio... 'Jeju Prugio The First' for Sale in April

Daewoo E&C announced on the 5th that it plans to supply its first Prugio brand complex, 'Jeju Prugio The First,' at the end of April in the Gugeok-ri area of Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju.
Jeju Prugio The First is a multi-family housing complex consisting of 160 households in total, ranging from one basement floor to four above-ground floors. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 68 households ▲84㎡B 16 households ▲84㎡C 12 households ▲102㎡ 36 households ▲130㎡ 12 households ▲137㎡ 12 households ▲168㎡ 4 households.
The complex is planned to be built in Gugeok-ri, near Jeju English Education City. When all seven schools in the English Education City are established, the number of students will reach about 9,000, which is expected to increase housing demand. Gugeok-ri, attracting attention as a residential area supporting these students, is located 1.5 km in a straight line from the English Education City.
Jeju English Education City, located near the complex, is the first English education city in Korea, developed on a scale of 3.79 million square meters, which is 1.4 times the size of Yeouido in Seoul. It houses four international schools: North London Collegiate School (NLCS), Korean International School (KIS), Branksome Hall Asia (BHA), and St. Johnsbury Academy (SJA). Since its first graduates in 2014, over 90% of graduates have been admitted to the world’s top 100 universities by 2021.
By car, it takes about 40 minutes from the complex to Jeju Airport and about 20 minutes to the Jungmun Tourist Complex.
Since Jeju Island is a non-regulated area, subscription qualifications are relatively free. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply for subscription regardless of whether they are the head of household or a household member. First priority applicants must be Jeju residents who have held a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by area. Homeowners and multiple homeowners can also apply, and there are no restrictions on resale or re-winning, making it popular not only among actual residents but also investors.
A Daewoo E&C sales official said, "As this is the first Prugio brand complex introduced in Jeju and it is located near Jeju English Education City, which has high investment value and residential preference even within Jeju, we are receiving many inquiries. We plan to apply a high-quality design including floor plans, landscaping, and community facilities to make it a landmark complex representing Jeju."
