Exchange Adds Additional Grounds for Substantive Review of S&W's Listing Eligibility

[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 23rd that S&WR disclosed through the submission of its audit report that it has incurred operating losses for six consecutive fiscal years, adding a reason for the delisting review. The company was designated as a subject for delisting review in May last year and was granted an improvement period until April 30 of this year following the deliberation and resolution of the Corporate Evaluation Committee in August of the same year.
