Watcha launches two 'Watcha Plans' with KT Altteul Phone

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Online content streaming service Watcha announced on the 17th that it is partnering with KT Budget Phone to launch two types of 'Watcha Plans' that offer free monthly usage benefits and unlimited data usage.

The Watcha Plans consist of 11GB + 2GB per day + 3Mbps (Watcha Basic) and 5GB per day + 5Mbps (Watcha Basic). KT Budget Phone users can subscribe through each provider's website. Voice calls and texts are unlimited, and data can be used at speeds up to 3~5Mbps after the basic data is exhausted. The 'Basic' subscription plan of Watcha is provided free of charge every month.

The Watcha Plans are characterized by minimizing customers' communication costs while allowing unlimited access to over 100,000 pieces of content available on Watcha in up to FHD quality on TV, PC, mobile, and tablet. In particular, the '5GB per day + 5Mbps (Watcha Basic)' plan allows users to use 5GB of basic data daily, and even after exhaustion, data usage continues at up to 5Mbps, enabling users to enjoy Watcha content in FHD quality without burden.
