Golfzon Decides to Acquire 14.9 Billion KRW Worth of Shares in CM Infotech

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Golfzon Newdin Holdings announced on the 10th that its subsidiary Golfzon has decided to acquire 19,200 shares of CM Infotech, a software consulting, development, and supply company, for 14.9 billion KRW.

The acquisition amount corresponds to 6.6% of equity capital, and the purpose of the acquisition is to promote the smart golf course business. After acquiring the shares, Golfzon's stake will be 96%.
