[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Hite Jinro has launched new 400ml and 463ml Terra can products to expand consumer choices and inject growth and vitality into the domestic market atmosphere. Based on the fact that consumers prioritize volume and price when choosing canned beer, Hite Jinro conducted a six-month consumer survey and introduced the optimal volumes of 400ml and 463ml products as a result.
With this, Terra cans now have a total lineup of five types: 250ml, 355ml, 400ml, 463ml, and 500ml. The newly released Terra cans are being sold at dramatically reduced prices per ml compared to the 355ml can (14.5% lower for 400ml, 18.5% lower for 463ml) and can be purchased nationwide in large supermarkets and supermarkets in units of 8 cans.
