[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Asia Economy announced on the 17th that it has signed a management rights transfer contract to sell the management rights of Asia Economy to Keystone Dynamic No.5 Investment Purpose Company, whose largest shareholder is KMH, for 3 billion KRW. The scheduled payment date is the 21st.
The company stated, "The transferee has agreed to pay 3 billion KRW to the transferor in accordance with the settlement agreement related to the company's management rights."
