[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction announced on the 14th that the rights offering subscription for 82,872,900 registered common shares recorded a subscription rate of 97.44%, and the 2,125,199 unsubscribed shares will be offered to the public.
The public offering subscription will be conducted over two days starting from the 15th.
