Hanla Co., Ltd. announced on the 28th that it has officially started sales of 'Gimhae Jangyu Station Hanla Vivaldi Centro' in the Naedeok District urban development project area in Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, beginning with a special supply on the 3rd of next month.

After opening the model house on the 20th, special supply applications will begin on February 3rd, followed by first-priority applications on the 4th and second-priority applications on the 7th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on February 14th.

'Gimhae Jangyu Station Hanla Vivaldi Centro' consists of five buildings ranging from two basement floors to 27 and 29 floors above ground, with ▲163 units of 76A㎡ (exclusive area) ▲55 units of 76B㎡ ▲224 units of 84A㎡, totaling 442 units, all under 84㎡. All units are under 84㎡, which is preferred by actual users. Move-in is scheduled for July 2024.

The tallest building is 29 floors, offering excellent views as its greatest strength. The ratio of exclusive area per unit is high, and the balcony service area is among the best nationwide. All units are slab-type apartments oriented south and southeast, designed with a 4-Bay layout to maximize lighting and ventilation. A walking trail along the green space circulating throughout the complex allows residents to enjoy healing in harmony with nature. The apartment complex, located on the northwest side near neighboring complexes, includes an elementary school, enabling safe and convenient pedestrian school commutes without crossing roads. On the southwest side is Naedeok Middle School.

The apartment is designed with no cars on the ground level, providing ample parking spaces, and the underground parking entrance has a high ceiling to allow delivery vehicles to enter. Parking spaces are wider than the legal standard, and sunken spaces are installed throughout the underground facilities to maintain a pleasant environment. Buffer green spaces along the roadside reduce noise and ensure privacy. The ground space features specialized designs for education, health, and healing, which are the pride of 'Gimhae Jangyu Station Hanla Vivaldi Centro.'

Inside the apartments, various storage-specialized designs such as multi-rooms, dressing rooms, pantries, and studies (alpha rooms) maximize usable space, allowing residents to enjoy more spacious areas even within the same floor area. Variable wall facilities, which allow diverse space arrangements according to residents' preferences, are also popular. The complex is designed with green building preliminary certification, building energy efficiency, and other specialized designs, making it an energy-efficient and eco-friendly complex, as well as a safe complex with crime prevention design applied.

Without resale restrictions, 'Gimhae Jangyu Station Hanla Vivaldi Centro' allows first-priority applications for anyone aged 19 or older who resides in Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Busan Metropolitan City, or Ulsan Metropolitan City as of the date of the recruitment announcement, has met the regional deposit requirements, and has held a subscription savings account for at least six months, regardless of household head or member status or home ownership.

‘Gimhae Jangyu Station Hanla Vivaldi Centro,’ which is within walking distance of Jangyu Station on the 'Bujeon Station~Changwon Central Station~Masan Station double-track railway' (scheduled to open in 2022), is the biggest beneficiary of the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway opening. When the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway connecting Busan, Gimhae, and Masan opens at the end of this year, Jangyu-dong is expected to rapidly emerge as a transportation hub in the southeastern region.
