I am Taxi Operator Jin Mobility Secures 80 Billion KRW Investment

[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Jin Mobility, which operates 'I am Taxi,' announced on the 24th that it has secured an investment worth 80 billion KRW.

Jin Mobility signed an investment contract to raise a total of 80 billion KRW from multiple investors, including Hana-Evervest Fund and Yuanta Investment. During this investment round, Jin Mobility was valued at approximately 230 billion KRW.

Jin Mobility holds about 740 taxi licenses. The company plans to use the investment funds to increase the number of I am Taxi vehicles and to advance autonomous driving pilot service technology.

A Jin Mobility representative stated, "Through additional Series B funding this year, we will actively scale up and integrate advanced IT technology into the taxi industry to realize an ideal mobility platform."
