[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Lotte Card announced on the 24th that it has launched 'Datas,' an online platform that supports users' businesses with various data-driven services.

Datas is a platform that assists users such as companies, merchants, and individuals in data-based decision-making by providing ▲data services ▲analysis services ▲advertising services. Users can purchase and analyze payment data held by Lotte Card and partner data products, and based on the analysis results, deliver desired advertisements to potential customers.

First, through the data service, users can purchase data or request customized data products. It plans to offer consumption patterns based on Lotte Card member payment data, merchant and commercial district data, distribution and shopping data, as well as partner data.

In the analysis service, users can utilize Datas BI, which allows comparative analysis of commercial districts, locations, and industries through customer, merchant, and commercial district visualization data, as well as insight reports containing expert analyses on issues and trends. Customized analysis reports on desired topics can also be requested.

There is also an advertising service that enables execution and performance analysis of advertisements. By analyzing customer data, advertisements can be designed and executed through channels such as the Lotte Card Digiroca application (app) feed, push notifications, and LMS. Advertising performance is provided in a dashboard format that allows users to check various information on a single screen, enhancing convenience.

A Lotte Card official stated, "Datas is a platform that provides services applicable to business based on Lotte Card's data analysis capabilities and know-how in distribution data analysis," adding, "We expect users to gain a more detailed understanding of customers, commercial districts, and merchants through data."
