[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Daegu Department Store announced on the 20th that it will transfer land and buildings in the Dongseong-ro area of Jung-gu, Daegu, worth 212.5 billion KRW, to JHB Holdings.

The company stated, "The transfer is made to improve the financial structure and enhance management efficiency."
