Daewoo E&C announced on the 29th that it will open the model house for 'Oryong Prugio Parsena,' located in blocks 39 and 40 of the Oryong District in Namak New Town, Muan, Jeollanam-do, and begin sales.

The complex will consist of 7 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 20, with a total of 732 units, each with a floor area of 84㎡. The number of units by type is △84㎡A 439 units △84㎡B 159 units △84㎡C 78 units △84㎡D 39 units △84㎡E 17 units. The average sale price per 3.3㎡ is 10.4 million KRW.

Since it is located in a non-regulated area and on public land in the Oryong District of Namak New Town, it is subject to the price ceiling system. The subscription regulations are considered lenient, and the sale price is evaluated as reasonable compared to surrounding market prices.

Anyone aged 19 or older who has held a subscription account for more than 6 months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area can apply as a first priority regardless of home ownership status, whether as the head of household or a household member. The LTV (loan-to-value ratio) is also applied up to 70%.

The complex is designed as an education-specialized apartment with kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school sites all within walking distance. If requirements are met, children can also apply for special admissions for rural and fishing village areas in university entrance exams.

Each household is provided with ample parking space for 1.5 cars, and residents can enter their units directly from the underground parking lot, enhancing convenience. The interior of the units is composed mainly of south-facing 4-bay layouts to maximize views, natural light, and ventilation.

Oryong Prugio Parsena applies the design concept called 'Riverview Park,' which captures the scenery of the Yeongsan River in the area. The central courtyard, a community space connected to the Yeongsan River, is designed with a lawn yard at its center, surrounded by a residents' caf?, water features, and a children's playground to facilitate communication, relaxation, and various activities among residents.

Residents can access road infrastructure such as the Seohaean Expressway and Namhaean Expressway, and travel to KTX/SRT Mokpo Station and Mokpo Bus Terminal via Namchang Bridge.

The expected move-in date is July 2024, and the model house is located in Namak-ri, Samhyang-eup, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do. Visits to the model house can be made by prior reservation through the online model house.
