Com2uS Holdings Directly Acquires Stake in 'Coinone'... Accelerating Blockchain Business

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Com2uS Holdings announced on the 22nd that it will directly acquire the Coinone shares secured by its subsidiary Com2uS Plus.

Com2uS Holdings previously became the second-largest shareholder by acquiring a 38.43% stake in the cryptocurrency exchange Coinone through Com2uS Plus. This time, through a change in the contracting party, it will directly hold 21.96% of the 38.43% stake.

The company plans to strengthen cooperation with Coinone and prepare in depth for new blockchain-based businesses.

The Com2uS Group is releasing various blockchain games, including "Summoners War: Chronicle," "World of Zenonia," and "Geosang M Jingbirok." Casual games include "Project MR (tentative)," "Golf Star," and "Gamevil Pro Baseball," and in the role-playing game (RPG) genre, more than 10 games such as "Project Alchemist," "Raising the Reaper Online," "Hello Ella," and "Kritika Online" are scheduled to be released starting from the first quarter of next year.
