[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Na Hee-seung, President of Korea Railroad Corporation, continued his on-site management by visiting Gangneung Station. On the 16th, Korea Railroad announced that the day before, President Na visited Gangneung Station to receive a safety measures report from the Gangwon Headquarters and inspected the winter safety management status and COVID-19 quarantine posture. On that day, President Na visited the train control room at Gangneung Station to check the train operation status and examined measures to prevent freezing of driving equipment and the operation status of fire-fighting equipment. He also inspected the installation status of health and safety equipment such as fever screening devices aligned with the flow of railway passengers and the quarantine status within passenger convenience facilities.
