MC Jeong Dong-won: "'Tuesday Night Is Good' Jang Min-ho and Boom, So Reliable"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Iseul] Singer Jeong Dong-won will appear as the host of 'Tuesday Night is Good.'

TV Chosun announced on the 14th, "Jeong Dong-won will join as a fixed MC for 'Tuesday Night is Good,' working alongside Jang Min-ho and Boom."

'Tuesday Night is Good' is a comprehensive singing variety show where 'Miss Trot 2' TOP7 members Yang Ji-eun, Hong Ji-yoon, Eun Ga-eun, and others form teams each episode to compete in singing battles across genres, from traditional trot to 70s and 80s pop and dance.

Previously, Jeong Dong-won collaborated with Jang Min-ho and Boom on 'Tomorrow is Mr. Trot,' which ended in March 2020, as well as on 'Love Call Center' and 'Bongsunga School.' Attention is focused on what fun the three reunited will bring to viewers.

Jeong Dong-won said, "I feel reassured to be working with Boom and Jang Min-ho hyungs, whom I like the most," and added, "As a new member, I will renew my determination and heat up 'Tuesday Night' even more."

The production team stated, "Jeong Dong-won started his first recording as an MC on the 14th. He will take on a very special role different from Toominho," and added, "With Jeong Dong-won's wit and lovability proven through various programs, he will bring even more vitality to the show."
