[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] On the 24th, there will be occasional clouds nationwide. The Seoul metropolitan area will remain cold with morning low temperatures staying below freezing.

In the southwestern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, and inland western Gyeongsang regions, there will be areas experiencing rain or snow until morning.

Expected precipitation amounts are less than 5mm in southwestern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, inland western Gyeongsang, northern Jeonnam, and Jeju Island.

In eastern Jeonbuk, 1 to 5 cm of snow is expected, and around 1 cm of snow is forecasted in southwestern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, inland western Gyeongsang, northeastern Jeonnam, and mountainous areas of Jeju Island.

In the Seoul metropolitan area excluding southwestern Gyeonggi and in various inland mountainous areas of Gangwon, light snow flurries under 0.1 cm will occur.

Morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -7 to 7 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 6 to 15 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Visibility will be reduced and roads slippery in areas with rain or snow, so caution is advised for traffic safety.

Strong winds are expected in Gangwon Yeongdong, the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, requiring special attention to facility management and fire prevention.

Except for the seas off Namhae and Ulsan, a high wave warning is in effect for all other seas, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.

Sea waves will range from 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West and South Seas.
