Proptech Startup Contacters Inc. Secures 300 Million KRW in Seed Funding

Proptech startup ‘Contacters Co., Ltd.’ announced on the 1st that it has secured an initial investment of 300 million KRW.

The investment involved angel (individual) investors. This achievement was made just seven months after the company was established in March 2021.

Contacters Co., Ltd.'s ‘Dungi’ service is a proptech-based company aiming to provide real estate VIP services.

Representatives Heeguk Song and Donghoon Shin stated, “We aim to become a game changer in the proptech market based on trust by changing consumers' negative perceptions caused by false listings on existing platforms.”

Amid the confusing process caused by platforms recently entering the brokerage market and government policies lowering brokerage fees, the prospects of ‘Dungi’ are highly anticipated.

The angel investor participating in this round explained, “After analyzing the company and evaluating the capabilities of the representatives, we decided to invest, believing it to be a promising company pioneering a blue ocean in the real estate market.”
