[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Organizing Committee of the Gyeongnam Hamyang Wild Ginseng Anti-Aging Expo is operating a reservation system to minimize excessive crowding of visitors and ensure a safe expo experience.

The reservation system applies to nine exhibition facilities classified as exhibitions and fairs under COVID-19 prevention guidelines, strictly enforcing simultaneous capacity limits.

Visitors planning to attend the expo can select their intended visit date and exhibition hall through the official expo website and apply for an online reservation in advance.

Presenting the advance reservation text message received on a mobile phone at the site allows priority access to the exhibition halls.

Even without an advance reservation, visitors can still use the exhibition halls.

Meanwhile, the Expo Organizing Committee strictly enforces mask-wearing and thorough disinfection when visitors enter the exhibition halls.

The exhibition viewing and experiential events at the expo site operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and tickets can be purchased from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at on-site ticket booths or online via ‘Ticketlink’.

For visitors coming by car from Daejeon, Daegu, or Jinju, it is recommended to use Seohamyang IC. Opened last year, Seohamyang IC is dedicated to Hi-Pass, allowing quick access to the venue without passing through congested city streets.
