[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Maniker, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on the 25th that it has decided to conduct a rights offering followed by a general public offering of unsubscribed shares to raise 48.5 billion KRW. A total of 23,816,710 new shares will be issued at 2,035 KRW per share.
