[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Deoksin Housing announced on the 10th that its consolidated sales in the second quarter reached 39.3 billion KRW, an increase of 30.7% compared to the same period last year.

During this period, operating profit turned positive to 900 million KRW, and net profit also turned positive to 1.8 billion KRW.
