[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Aptabio announced on the 9th that it has decided on a stock dividend issuing one common share per share held.
The record date for new shares is August 25, and the scheduled listing date for the new shares is September 13. After the stock dividend, Aptabio's total common shares will increase to 22,190,466 shares.
