[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] YIKE has announced on the 16th that it has signed a semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract worth 18.7 billion KRW with Samsung Electronics. This amount corresponds to 10.9% of last year's consolidated sales.
