[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] As of 10 a.m. on the 1st, Gyeongsangnam-do announced that 3 new confirmed cases occurred since 5 p.m. the previous day.


By region, there was 1 case each in Geoje, Yangsan, and Namhae.


By infection route, 1 case was due to contact with a confirmed patient within the province, 1 case is under investigation, and 1 case is related to acquaintances in Namhae and Jinju.


Accordingly, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the province increased to 5,210 (166 hospitalized, 5,027 discharged, 17 deceased).
