Chevrolet Launches 'Start for a Better Summer' Promotion... Up to 3.8 Million KRW Benefits

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Chevrolet announced on the 1st that it will conduct the 'A Better Summer Start with Chevrolet' promotion this month.

Chevrolet offers 36-month interest-free installment plans for customers purchasing the Traverse, Trailblazer, Spark, Malibu, and Bolt EV (60 months for the 2020 Bolt EV model). When choosing the combo installment plan, which combines low-interest installments and cash support, customers receive cash incentives of 2.5 million KRW for the Traverse, 800,000 KRW for the Trailblazer, 700,000 KRW for the Spark, and 2 million KRW for both the Malibu and Bolt EV.

Customers purchasing the Traverse will receive, in addition to the interest-free installment program or cash support through the combo installment plan, a vehicle air mat useful for camping and car camping during the peak outdoor activity season. For certain stock vehicles, a roof cross bar accessory will be provided free of charge.

Additionally, customers who submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination will receive up to 300,000 KRW in additional benefits. Among customers purchasing the Chevrolet Traverse, Malibu, and Spark who own vehicles older than seven years, additional support of 300,000 KRW, 200,000 KRW, and 100,000 KRW respectively will be provided.

Lee Yong-tae, Executive Director of Domestic Sales at Korea GM, said, "We have prepared a variety of benefits that can provide practical help to customers, including interest-free installment programs throughout July, cash support, and camping supplies offered for the camping season." He added, "Chevrolet's July promotion will be an excellent choice for customers preparing for a better summer ahead of the vacation season."
