[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Audi Volkswagen Korea announced on the 30th that it has published its second social contribution report, "2021 TOMOROAD, Audi Volkswagen Korea's Road to Tomorrow."


The report contains Audi Volkswagen Korea's efforts in social responsibility aimed at contributing to the future mobility changes and sustainable growth in Korea. In particular, it includes the purpose of the 'TOMOROAD' social contribution initiative promoted by Audi Volkswagen Korea, as well as major activities and achievements over the past three years.


Audi Volkswagen Korea was recognized for its social responsibility activities as a corporate citizen and won the Grand Prize in the Social Responsibility category at the 12th Forbes Social Contribution Awards hosted by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry this year.


Since 2019, it has also received the Minister of Education Award and the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award at the Love Sharing Social Contribution Awards, as well as the Grand Prize in the Corporate Category at the Happiness Plus Social Contribution Excellent Company Competition.


Additionally, it was selected for two consecutive years starting in 2019 as an excellent educational donation institution certified by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity.


Audi Volkswagen Korea explained that it plans to continue fostering future talents who will lead Korea's future mobility and the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, and to contribute to building education, environment, and cultural infrastructure as well as creating healthy local communities.
