[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] On the 28th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon will hold a meeting with the Korean Bar Association and the Seoul Bar Association at the Seoul City Hall video conference room. A total of seven people, including Lee Jong-yeop, President of the Korean Bar Association, and Kim Jung-wook, President of the Seoul Bar Association, will attend.

This meeting is an opportunity to explore cooperation measures between Seoul City, the Korean Bar Association, and the Seoul Bar Association. Mayor Oh will listen to and discuss policy proposals from the Korean Bar Association and the Seoul Bar Association.

Since 2017, Seoul City and the Seoul Bar Association have jointly operated the "Human Rights Protection Team at Demolition Sites" to monitor the occurrence of human rights violations and illegal acts at demolition sites. They also cooperate by providing legal advice and lectures to alternative education institutions in Seoul to support out-of-school youth.
