Distributor Megabox JoongAng Plus M announced on the 23rd that the film "Bogota," which halted production last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resumed filming domestically on the 21st. The crime drama depicts people who have lost hope engaging in dangerous deals in Bogota, Colombia, their last destination. The cast includes actors Song Joong-ki, Lee Hee-joon, and Kwon Hae-hyo. The film is directed by Kim Sung-je, who helmed the 2015 movie "Minority Opinion." Filming began in Bogota in January last year but was suspended after two months due to the spread of COVID-19. A representative stated, "Based on the existing footage, the entire production has been reorganized, and filming is scheduled to be completed domestically over the next three months."
