[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced the '2021 Local Government Employee Appointment Written Exam Passers' on the 21st.
A total of 2,646 candidates took the exam, which plans to select 452 people. Among them, 468 candidates passed the written exam, including 110% of the planned number of selections and those who passed under the gender equality employment target system.
The number of successful candidates by job category is ▲ Educational Administration 289 ▲ Librarian 28 ▲ Health 18 ▲ Facilities (Architecture) 30 ▲ Cooking 23 ▲ Driving 42 ▲ Facility Management 20.
The gender distribution of successful candidates across all job categories is 189 men (40.4%) and 279 women (59.6%). In the Educational Administration category, 88 men (30.4%) and 201 women (69.6%) passed, showing a significantly higher proportion of female passers.
Analysis by age group of successful candidates in the Educational Administration category shows that those in their 20s accounted for 74.4%, the highest proportion. The oldest successful candidate was 45 years old, applying for the Educational Administration (General) category, and the youngest was 19 years old, applying for the Educational Administration (Disabled) category.
Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education will conduct interviews for the 468 candidates who passed the written exam on the 2nd of next month and plans to announce the final successful candidates on the 7th of next month.
