Launch of Nowiel Industrial Dehumidifier Using Eco-Friendly Refrigerant

Nowiel, a specialist in heating and cooling, announced that in 2021 it will develop and launch products applying eco-friendly refrigerants to all models, including industrial and commercial dehumidifiers and logistics warehouse-type dehumidifiers.

According to a company representative, Nowiel's industrial dehumidifiers, used in factories, logistics warehouses, document storage rooms, libraries, and other places to protect products, have a diverse lineup of dehumidifiers by capacity and floor area, so there is no problem installing and estimating dehumidifiers in various sites.

A Nowiel representative explained, “Nowiel's commercial and industrial dehumidifiers are equipped with turbo/constant speed functions, providing powerful moisture removal capabilities, and use high-performance rotary compressors, offering advantages in energy savings. Additionally, to ensure efficient use at dehumidifier sites, we have added a patented function that detects indoor air humidity every 20 minutes when in standby mode and determines whether the product should operate.”

Nowiel produces a variety of dehumidifiers, from 40L-class (daily dehumidification capacity) commercial dehumidifiers for small offices to industrial and commercial dehumidifiers with a daily capacity of 1080L used in large logistics warehouses. In response to the trend of warehouse enlargement due to COVID-19, they are preparing to launch a large dehumidifier with a daily dehumidification capacity of over 2000L in 2021.

Also, on the Nowiel website, there is a service that helps consumers select the appropriate dehumidifier capacity by automatically selecting suitable products based on input values such as floor area, height, and usage environment, and it is also possible to get dehumidifier estimates.

They added, “General dehumidifiers using compressors operate normally between 18°C and 32°C, but Nowiel has developed drying dehumidifiers combining air cooling and water cooling for high-temperature dehumidification sites such as agricultural product drying facilities (pepper drying, persimmon drying, radish drying), enabling use in high temperatures from 32°C to 50°C. In 2021, based on our technology of supplying clean business air conditioners (clean business support air conditioners) and portable air conditioners equipped with high-performance HEPA filters to nationwide public health centers and hospital negative pressure tents due to COVID-19, we are preparing to launch large air conditioners and integrated air conditioners for high-temperature work sites, industrial, and factory use,” they said.
