Chatbot Bibi is an AI financial chatbot service created to enable easy and simple consultation via chat by utilizing KB Kookmin Bank's AI technology. This service is available 365 days a year on KB Star Banking, Internet Banking, Liiv, KB Star Notification, and the KB My Money application (app).


Features of Chatbot Bibi include ▲ recommending the most suitable customized products to customers based on past subscription experiences, owned products, and search history like an actual employee ▲ question auto-completion function through initial consonant or word input for easy chat consultation ▲ conversational banking services equipped with inquiry and transfer functions.
