Bebesup, a baby wet tissue specialist company that has conducted all activities from the consumer's perspective based on a customer-centric corporate philosophy, announced the launch of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based 'KakaoTalk Chatbot' consultation service to enhance customer convenience.


The chatbot is a consultation service tool based on the KakaoTalk Plus Friend channel, where customers select the content they want to inquire about and receive immediate responses.


Through the Bebesup chatbot, customers can inquire about product and delivery-related questions, request exchanges and returns, and additionally ask questions by connecting to a customer service representative. They can also check product information, various event news, and homepage services related to Bebesup all in one place.


The introduction of this chatbot system is part of Bebesup's CS (Customer Satisfaction) service aimed at improving customer satisfaction. By utilizing accumulated customer data, it enables quick guidance and customized responses tailored to the customer's characteristics and past history at a glance.


Especially as the importance of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) grows day by day, Bebesup recognizes the necessity of customer relationship management tools that record and analyze communication with customers for business use, and plans to focus on providing customer-oriented personalized services based on consumer big data in the future.


The team leader of Bebesup Customer Satisfaction Center stated, "We believe that the customer's voice is the direction the company should take, and we will continue to strive to become a consumer-centered management company." The CCM certification system, evaluated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission, assesses whether a company conducts all activities from the consumer's perspective, organizes consumer-centered management, and continuously improves related management activities. The evaluation is conducted every two years.


Based on these efforts, Bebesup was officially certified as the number one domestic seller of baby wet tissues from 2016 to 2019 through Kantar Worldpanel, the world's largest professional research company. Recently, it also ranked first in market share in the baby wet tissue market according to Nielsen Korea's 2020 wet tissue market data analysis, maintaining the number one domestic sales position for five consecutive years and receiving steady love from parents in Korea.
