[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Daechang Steel announced on the 18th that it has decided to transfer land and buildings located in Wonjeong-ri, Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do to Sale Construction and SJD Investment to improve its financial structure. The transfer amount is 69.3 billion KRW, which accounts for 29.85% of the total assets based on the 2019 consolidated financial statements.
