NHN Payco Launches Free Insurance Compensation for Voice Phishing Victims

[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] NHN Payco launched the 'Payco Life Safety Insurance' on the 12th.

'Payco Life Safety Insurance,' released through a partnership between NHN Payco and Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, is an accident insurance product that compensates for various crimes and damages such as voice phishing, assault, and hit-and-run incidents.

This insurance is a Payco-exclusive free insurance product with a coverage period of one year and provides coverage up to 10 million KRW. NHN Payco fully supports the cost.

Any Payco user aged 15 or older can easily subscribe through the app. The product can be found under the 'Insurance' menu within the 'Finance' tab of Payco.

An NHN Payco official stated, "Payco will continue to lower entry barriers in various financial sectors, including insurance, through continuous expansion of financial products and advancement of MyData services."
