Ace Bed conducted this official website renewal to provide convenience to customers and offer diverse content. The new website features an intuitive and user-friendly UI (User Interface) designed to make it easy for visitors to find frequently accessed menus.
The renewed website is configured as a responsive site optimized for various environments such as mobile and PC, allowing all content to be accessed with optimal size and design. Additionally, the menu structure was simplified and a clean design applied to make it easy to find desired information such as company introduction, product manuals, A/S, and consultations.
Notably, new menus enhancing consumer convenience were introduced. In the 'Mattress Experience Zone' menu, users can input gender, age group, and physical information to receive mattress recommendations tailored to their body. The 'NOW SNS' menu expands communication with customers by linking to social channels operated by Ace Bed, including Instagram, Facebook, and blogs.
Ace Bed operates a 'Customer Reviews' section on its official website where users can share product usage feedback and is conducting purchase review events. The newly improved review board simplifies the input fields customers need to fill out when writing reviews linked to purchase verification, making it easier to participate in events.
