V1Tech announced on the 9th that it acquired 51,540 shares of Syscon. The acquisition amount is 6,219,952,800 KRW, and the shareholding ratio after acquisition is 60.55%. The purpose of the acquisition is business diversification (autonomous driving robots) and synergy creation.
