Lotte Department Store Launches Premium Side Dish 'Master Cook Gift Set' by Culinary Masters

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Department Store announced on the 2nd that it will introduce the 'Mastercook Master Gift Set 3 Types' and 'Mastercook Assorted Jeon and Assorted Namul Set' from Mastercook, a premium side dish specialty store created by Korea's culinary masters, in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday.

The 'Master Gift Set' is composed in the form of a traditional Korean full-course meal that the whole family can enjoy together with assorted jeon and three-colored namul, along with side dishes such as beef radish soup, nabak kimchi, japchae, and dishes like seasoned crab and barley dried yellow corvina. The 'Mastercook Assorted Jeon Set (110,000 KRW)', consisting of 8 types of jeon (Donggeurangttaeng, Dongtaejeon, Kkochijeon, Hobakjeon, Kkaennipjeon, Yukjeon, Gochujeon, Pyogojeon, each 250g), which are representative holiday foods, and the 'Assorted Namul Set (60,000 KRW)', consisting of 5 types of namul (gosari, spinach, bellflower root, radish namul, mung bean sprout namul, each 250g), are said to be well received for reducing the burden of preparing holiday table settings.

Mastercook is a premium side dish specialty store created by Master Lee Sang-jeong, president of the Korea Culinary Masters Association, and chefs. It is made without adding artificial chemical seasonings, using natural ingredients such as fruits.
