[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Good Neighbors Jeonnam Western Branch (Branch Manager Bae Junyeol) announced on the 31st that it conducted the 'Child Abuse National Monitoring Group Campaign' together with Mokpo City Hall (Mayor Kim Jongsik).


The event took place with the installation of a campaign booth around Jangmi Street in Mokpo City, attended by Bae Junyeol, Branch Manager of Good Neighbors Jeonnam Western Branch, related officials, Lee Miyoung, Director of the Women's and Family Division at Mokpo City Hall, and Oh Sewoon, Section Chief of the Women's and Family Division at Mokpo City Hall.


This campaign was planned to monitor the risk of abuse for children spending a lot of time at home due to COVID-19 and to urge neighbors and the local community to pay attention to the prevention of child abuse.


The campaign was conducted by setting up a Child Abuse National Monitoring Group campaign booth on Jangmi Street in Mokpo City and distributing rewards (masks, Child Abuse National Monitoring Group stickers) to citizens.


Additionally, stickers were distributed to stores participating in the Child Abuse National Monitoring Campaign (around Jangmi Street in Mokpo City) and attached at store entrances to spread the message of child abuse prevention.


Bae Junyeol, Branch Manager of Good Neighbors Jeonnam Western Branch, said, "I hope this campaign helps the community understand the role of the child abuse monitoring group for many children," and added, "We will strive to work together with the local community to eradicate child abuse."


Lee Miyoung, Director of the Women's and Family Division at Mokpo City Hall, stated, "We will maintain cooperative relationships with related organizations and work together on activities to eradicate child abuse so that many children in the community can grow up safely and healthily."
