This donation was collected by all members of the Gwangyeong-dong Neighborhood Association pooling their contributions little by little, and it was entrusted to the Gwangyang City Love Sharing Welfare Foundation to be delivered to vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots in Gwangyeong-dong.
Kim Jae-ho, president of the Gwangyeong-dong Neighborhood Association, said, “During these difficult times due to COVID-19, the members gathered their will to prepare the donation to help neighbors in need,” adding, “Although it is a small amount, I hope it can be of some help to neighbors in welfare blind spots.”
