Busan·Gyeongnam Bank, 2021 Internet and Mobile Banking Transfer Fee Waiver

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] BNK Financial Group's Busan Bank and Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 31st that they will continue to waive internet banking and mobile banking transfer fees in 2021 to revitalize the local economy.

BNK has been waiving internet banking and mobile banking transfer fees since January 1st of this year to support the revitalization of the local economy by reducing financial costs and to provide differentiated services unique to BNK Financial Group to individual customers using both banks.

BNK explained that they decided to extend this for 12 months to share the increasing difficulties faced by local residents due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19 and to inject vitality into the local economy.

Through this extension, all individual customers of both banks can be exempted from internet banking and mobile banking transfer fees until the end of next year, regardless of their subscribed products, transaction contributions, or previous month's performance.
