According to Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, on the 31st, an anonymous donation angel, who appeared to be a middle-aged man, visited the civil service window at the Gyean-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the 29th wearing a hat and mask, and handed over an envelope full of 50,000 won and 10,000 won bills as a "donation."

When asked for personal information by an employee, he said, "I have done this every year, so I will not reveal my name," and hurriedly left the place. The startled employee chased him to the parking lot and repeatedly asked, "Please at least give me your contact information," but he refused again and again and avoided the place.
