Actoz Soft Disposes of Kakao Games Shares Worth 28.4 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Actoz Soft announced on the 15th that its subsidiary, Actoz Soft Hong Kong Limited, disposed of 643,670 shares of Kakao Games. The disposal amount was 28,437,340,000 KRW, which corresponds to 16.2% of the parent company's total consolidated assets.

The company stated that the purpose of the disposal was "to secure funds for expanding overseas business and investments."
