[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Yesco Holdings announced on the 23rd that Hanseong PC Construction has decided to absorb its subsidiary Hanseong through a merger. The surviving company after the merger will be Hanseong PC Construction. The merger ratio between Hanseong PC Construction and Hanseong is 1 to 0.2205621.
